Phoebe Bridgers Tour — Presale & Onsale FAQ (USA & Canada Shows)

Everything you need to know about the Phoebe Bridgers tour presale and public onsale — registration, selection, codes, and how to buy.

Quick answer: Phoebe Bridgers is going on tour. The 2-day Official Artist Presale (June 9–10) starts Tuesday, June 9, for selected fans, with a Public Onsale on June 12 open to everyone. All tickets are sold through Ticketmaster (except Salt Lake City, which is on SeatGeek).

Important: your Seated account email is not your presale registration email — what matters is that your Day 1 presale registration email matches your Ticketmaster account.

Important: Your Seated account email and your presale registration email are not the same thing

This is the most common source of confusion, so please read carefully:

  • Your Seated account email (the email tied to your general Seated profile) does not need to match anything.

  • Your Phoebe Bridgers presale registration email is what matters for Day 1. That email needs to exactly match the email on your Ticketmaster account.

If your Day 1 presale registration email matches your Ticketmaster account, you're all set — regardless of what email is on your Seated account.

How it works

Demand for this tour is expected to be overwhelming, and ticket quantities are very limited. To help tickets get into the hands of real fans — not scalpers or bots — Two different Artist Presale opportunities are available ahead of the public onsale.

Official Artist Presale - Day 1

  • Day 1 registration is now closed. Selection notifications were sent to all registered fans by Monday, June 8, at 11am ET/8am PT.

  • Selected fans will receive a unique code via email and text message on the morning of Day 1 (June 9), letting them join the ticketing queue when their window opens.

  • If there are multiple shows in your desired city, your unique code will work for either show.

  • Receiving a code does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis once sales begin.

Official Artist Presale - Day 2

  • Fans who weren't selected for Day 1, OR who registered after 11:59pm local venue time on Sunday, June 7th, are eligible for the Day 2 Artist Presale.

  • Day 2 registration is still open. If you didn't register in time for Day 1, or need to re-register with the correct email, you can do so here.

  • No Ticketmaster email match is required for Day 2 — anyone with a Day 2 code can access the queue.

  • Eligible fans will receive a unique code at least 15 minutes before the Day 2 presale begins on June 10 at 10 AM local venue time.

  • If there are multiple shows in your desired city, your unique code will work for either show.

  • Receiving a code does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis once your queue opens.

What email do I need to use to access the presale?

All tickets are sold through Ticketmaster*. To access the presale queue:

  • For Day 1: The email address on your presale registration must exactly match the email on your Ticketmaster account.

  • For Day 2: Any registered fan can access the queue — your email does not need to be tied to a Ticketmaster account.

This is not your Seated account email — it's the email you used when you registered for this specific tour's presale.

(*Tickets for Salt Lake City at Delta Center are sold exclusively via SeatGeek — you do not need a Ticketmaster account for this show.)

If you don't have a Ticketmaster account yet, you can create one at ticketmaster.com — but it's only required for Day 1 access.

I used the wrong email or made a typo. Can you fix it?

Unfortunately, our team is unable to modify or cancel any presale registrations. The Day 1 registration period has closed, and we have no way to edit submissions.

If you were selected for Day 1: You'll need to access the queue on June 9 using the exact email address you registered with. If that email isn't already tied to a Ticketmaster account, create one at ticketmaster.com using that same email before the presale begins.

If you need to fix your registration: Day 2 registration is still open, and Day 2 doesn't require your email to match a Ticketmaster account. You can re-register here with whatever email works best for you.

When are the presale days?

  • Day 1: Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM local venue time

  • Day 2: Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM local venue time (Day 1 and Day 2 codes both work for this presale)

  • Both presale days close: Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 10:00 PM local venue time

If you were selected for the Day 1 Artist Presale, your code works on both days, so if tickets sell out for your show on Day 1, you can try again on Day 2.

How many tickets can I buy?

You can purchase up to 4 tickets per show, across all sale windows (Presale Day 1, Day 2, and public onsale).

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices are set by the venue and promoter, not Seated, so we don't have visibility into pricing for individual shows.

For pricing details, check the show listing on the venue's primary ticketing platform once tickets go on sale, or contact the venue directly.

Does getting a code guarantee me tickets?

No. Tickets are extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving a code unlocks the queue but doesn't guarantee tickets, especially for in-demand shows.

I was selected. When do I get my code?

You'll receive your unique presale code via email and text message at least 15 minutes before your presale begins on Day 1 or Day 2.

I wasn't selected. What can I do?

If you weren't selected for Day 1, you may still be eligible for the Day 2 Artist Presale. Day 2 registration is also still open if you'd like to register fresh.

Either way, the Public Onsale on Friday, June 12 at 10:00 AM local venue time is open to everyone through Ticketmaster (or SeatGeek for the Salt Lake City show).

Is accessible seating available?

Accessible seating is handled by the venue and their primary ticketing platform, not Seated, so we don't have visibility into accessible seating availability or how to request it.

For accessible seating questions, contact the venue directly.

When is the public onsale?

If you missed the presale or weren't selected, the public onsale is open to everyone.

  • Public onsale: Friday, June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM local venue time

  • All sales through Ticketmaster (with the exception of Salt Lake City, which is sold through SeatGeek)

  • Up to 4 tickets per purchase

Yondr Notice

Phones, cameras (of any kind), or any devices with recording and filming capabilities are prohibited. This tour will utilize Yondr pouches to secure all devices during the performance. Upon arrival, all phones, smartwatches, and related accessories will be secured in Yondr pouches. Pouches will be unlocked at the conclusion of the show. Any guest observed using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

If you have questions regarding the Yondr policy and how it applies to accessible and medical accommodations, we recommend that you reach out to the venue directly for assistance.

What's Seated's role in this tour?

Seated powers presale and onsale reminders for this tour. Tickets themselves are sold by Ticketmaster (with the exception of Delta Center in Salt Lake City, which is ticketed by SeatGeek). Seated does not sell tickets directly for this campaign. If you have issues with your purchase, the Ticketmaster queue, or your tickets after buying, contact the venue's ticketing platform directly.
