After purchasing tickets from Seated, you should receive an automatic confirmation email. If you haven't received it. Look for an email from support@seated.com in your inbox/spam folders. Also, check your text messages for messages from Seated or 38263, as we send confirmations to your phone as well. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact us!
Locating your confirmation email
We hope you're excited about your upcoming event. If you've purchased a ticket or submitted a lottery or AutoBuy request but haven't received your confirmation email, no worries – we'll help get you sorted.
We recommend checking your inbox/spam folders for an email from support@seated.com. Sometimes, they end up in there! Also, don't forget to check your text messages for a message from Seated or 382-63, as we send confirmations to your phone.
Still unable to locate your order confirmation? Please reach out, and we'll send you the link to your online order confirmation page. Please note that Seated cannot resend confirmation emails, but you can access your online order page anytime using the link we provide.
