We understand the concern when your physical tickets do not arrive in the mail.
For events that require us to pack & ship physical tickets, they are typically shipped 4 weeks prior to the event date.
These standard mail packages can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive, which means that you can expect your tickets to arrive about 2 weeks prior to the event.
So what should you do if your tickets don't arrive?
If your show is more than 7 days from now:
Please be patient, as tickets can sometimes get delayed in the mail. We ship via regular USPS mail, so there will not be any tracking number available.
If your show is within 7 days from now:
If it is within 7 days of the show and you still have not received your physical ticket(s), we will be happy to have your tickets re-printed and left at the venue's box office.
Please contact support@seated.com and reference your order#, event name, event date, and let us know that your tickets have not yet arrived.
Once you receive a confirmation from us, your previous ticket(s) will be canceled and new ticket(s) will be held at the venue's box office window for pickup on the evening of the show.
To claim these ticket(s) on the evening of the show, please go to the box office and present your photo ID. You may need to reference the Seated.com Pre-sale List.
Note: Make sure that the name on your photo ID matches the name on your Seated.com order.
