Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Seated doesn't currently place any restrictions on the transfer or resale of tickets.   We understand that plans can change and sometimes you will no longer be able to attend an event.  We'll always help you get rid of your tickets when we can.

If your tickets are left for Will Call pickup...
If your tickets have been left at will call, then you can contact support@seated.com to have the name on the will call list changed.  We request that you do this at least 48 hours before the event - otherwise we can not ensure that the box office will receive the update in time.

If your tickets are physical tickets or PDF print-at-home tickets...
If you have already received physical tickets or PDF print-at-home tickets, then you can freely pass off your tickets to friends or resell them on third-party sites.  No ID or credit card is necessary once you have the actual ticket barcodes in hand.

If you have not yet received your tickets, then it's possible you are still eligible for a refund.  See this article for more information:
