Venues may not have provided Seated with ADA tickets in advance. However, we can still reach out to the venue on your behalf and request accessible seating.
If no ADA ticket option is available to select during the purchase flow or during the request period, then simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you need accessible seating. Please include the specific accommodations you or the person you are purchasing tickets on behalf of require so we can work with the venue to secure tickets that best fit your needs.
If you already purchased tickets on Seated and later require accessible seating, please email us at email@example.com ASAP so we can contact the promoter and secure accommodations.
ADA seats are almost always available during the general public onsale. If you purchased tickets directly from the venue's ticketing platform and instead need an accessible seat or designated aisle seat, please reach out to the ticket seller to inquire about accommodations.
Please remember that ADA seating is reserved for persons with disabilities that require the use of accessible seating features. The venue reserves the right to relocate any ADA ticket holders that do not require accessible seating features to a different, non-accessible seating location.
