Understanding Ticket Delivery
Every venue has a preferred ticket delivery method. For specific details, check your confirmation email.
PDF or Print-at-Home Tickets:
- Expect your PDF tickets in your inbox at least 48 hours before the event, unless stated otherwise. Can't find them? Make sure you check your spam folder first. Still searching? No worries; follow our instructions to get those tickets resent.
AXS or TM Mobile Tickets:
- AXS Mobile & Ticketmaster Mobile tickets are sent out at least 48 hours before the event. Will Call Tickets:
