When will I receive my tickets?

Every venue has different ticket delivery policies.  Please check your purchase receipt email for the specific delivery details for your tickets.

In general:

If your tickets are PDF print-at-home...
We will always email your PDF tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise stated in your purchase receipt email.  If your event is within 2 weeks and you still haven't received your tickets, first check your spam folder for an email from "support@seated.com."  If you still can't find your tickets, then please follow these instructions to have your tickets resent.

If your tickets are physical tickets...
We will typically begin shipping tickets approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the event.  If you event is within 14 days and you still never received your tickets in the mail, then please contact us to have your tickets re-printed.

If your tickets are left for pickup at will call...
Will call tickets will not have any information emailed or mailed.  You will need to bring a valid photo ID to the box office to pick up your tickets on the day of the show.
