When will I receive my tickets?

Every venue has different ticket delivery policies.  Please check your purchase receipt email for the specific delivery details for your tickets.

In general:

If your tickets are PDF or print-at-home...
We will always email your PDF tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise stated in your purchase receipt email.  If your event is within 2 weeks and you still haven't received your tickets, first check your spam folder for an email from "support@seated.com."  If you still can't find your tickets, then please follow these instructions to have your tickets resent.

If your tickets are AXS or TM Mobile...

We typically begin transferring your tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Below are two articles that will help you claim your mobile tickets. If it's 2 days prior to the show and you still haven't received your ticket transfer email from AXS or Ticketmaster, please contact us to have your tickets re-printed.

If your tickets are physical tickets...
We typically begin shipping tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  If it's 2 days prior to the show and you still haven't received your tickets in the mail, please contact us to have your tickets re-printed.

If your tickets are left for pickup at will call...
Will call tickets will not have any information emailed or mailed.  You will need to bring a valid photo ID to the venue's box office to pick up your tickets on the day of the show. If you need to update the will call pickup name for your order please follow these instructions.
