When will I receive my tickets?

Every venue has different ticket delivery policies.  Please check your purchase receipt email for the specific delivery details for your tickets.

In general:

If your tickets are PDF print-at-home...
We will always email your PDF tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise stated in your purchase receipt email.  If your event is within 2 weeks and you still haven't received your tickets, first check your spam folder for an email from "support@seated.com."  If you still can't find your tickets, then please follow these instructions to have your tickets resent.

If your tickets are physical tickets...
We typically begin shipping tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  If it's 2 days prior to the show and you still haven't received your tickets in the mail, please contact us to have your tickets re-printed.

If your tickets are left for pickup at will call...
Will call tickets will not have any information emailed or mailed.  You will need to bring a valid photo ID to the venue's box office to pick up your tickets on the day of the show.
