If the tickets to your event are delivered through Ticketmaster mobile, here is what you can expect:
Our team will send your Ticketmaster mobile tickets via the email we have on file. You'll get your Ticketmaster Mobile tickets at least 2 weeks before the show.
Once your Ticketmaster tickets have been transferred to you, you'll get an email with the domain @ticketmaster.com.
If you have not received your Ticketmaster Mobile tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us at support@seated.com.
Don’t have the app?
Please visit your app store > search Ticketmaster > download the app > sign into the app with the email you purchased your tickets with > log into the app and you should see the tickets in there
