When will I receive my tickets?

  • Seated will issue tickets via the delivery method specified on your order confirmation about two weeks before the show.
  • If there is a fulfillment delay in place for your show, our team will reach out in advance of the show with an updated timeline.

When will I get more details about my VIP package?

  • Our team will reach out via email with show-specific VIP instructions about 24 - 48 hours before your event.

I got my tickets, why don't they say VIP?

  • Your tickets may not have a VIP designation on them. This is normal. The VIP Package includes a Reserved or General Admission ticket to the show.

Will poster tubes be provided or do I need to bring my own? 

  • Poster tubes will be provided during the VIP poster collection. If you prefer to bring your own tube, please defer to your venue for specific policies about what is allowed through the doors.

Will my VIP poster be unique? 

  • You will receive a VIP variant of the main show poster.

How can I update the VIP check-in name for my order? 

  • For VIP packages sold through Seated, Goose VIP pickup names can now be updated directly through your Seated Order page! For instructions on how to do this, click here.

  • VIP check-in names can only be changed after tickets are issued - typically about 2 weeks before the show.

The delivery method for these shows is AXS Mobile. 

If you are transferring your package you'll need to do the following steps: 

  1. After you receive your tickets, update the VIP check-in name through your Seated Order page.
  2. Transfer the AXS Mobile tickets you receive directly to the transferee.
  3. Forward the VIP Info email to the transferee.

The delivery method for this show is Ticketmaster Mobile. 

If you are transferring your package you'll need to do the following steps: 

  1. After you receive your tickets, update the VIP check-in name through your Seated Order page.
  2. Transfer the Ticketmaster Mobile tickets you receive directly to the transferee.
  3. Forward the VIP Info email to the transferee.

The delivery method for these shows is digital tickets. 

If you are transferring your VIP package you'll need to do the following steps: 

  1. After you receive your tickets, update the VIP check-in name through your Seated Order page.
  2. Transfer the digital PDF tickets you received directly to the transferee.
  3. Forward the VIP Info email to the transferee.

The delivery method for these shows is Will Call. 

If you are transferring your package you'll need to do the following steps: 

  1. Update the VIP check-in name through your Seated Order page. Once updated, the ticket holder will be able to collect the will call tickets and be on the VIP check-in list.
  2. Forward the VIP Info email to the transferee.

KettleHouse Amphitheater - Missoula, MT 

VIP Packages for Missoula were sold through the venue ticketing platform and will have alternate transfer policies as a result.

If you have a VIP package for the shows at KettleHouse Amphitheater in Missoula, MT you will receive a separate email with instructions closer to the show date.
