Where can I register?
- Fans can register on Shawn's official website by clicking HERE.
When do I need to register?
- To be considered for random selection, fans must register before Sunday, August 4th, at 11:59pm local time.
- Only one registration is allowed per person per event.
When will I be notified if my registration was randomly selected?
- All registered fans will be notified of the random selection results via email and text message before Monday, August 5th, by 5:00pm ET.
- Fans who are randomly selected will receive a unique, one-time-use code that allows them to purchase up to 4 tickets on the venue's ticketing website.
If I'm registered, am I guaranteed to get tickets?
- Receiving a code does not guarantee the ability to purchase tickets. Tickets are extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis when they go on sale Tuesday, August 6th at 10:00am local time.
I made a typo in my registration. What do I do?
- If you made a typo in your email address, register again with the correct email address, and you'll be all set.
What happens if I wasn't selected?
- If you weren't randomly selected, you'll automatically be added to a waitlist and may be alerted if more tickets become available in the future.

Where will tickets be sold?
- Tickets are exclusively sold through the venue's ticketing provider, such as AXS, Ticketmaster, or the venue's in-house ticketing platform. Seated is not selling any tickets for the shows in London, Nashville, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, or Seattle. If you have been selected to participate in the Friends and Family Fan Onsale, you’ll receive a direct link to the official ticketing page, along with a unique, one-time-use code to unlock the onsale.
How do I use my password/code?
- Depending on the ticketing platform, you'll enter your unique onsale code either before or after joining the queue to unlock available tickets.
How much will tickets cost?
- Ticket prices will be available to view once it is your turn in the queue.
How many tickets can I purchase?
- There is a 4-ticket limit in place for each show.

- No, there will not be a public onsale for these shows. All available tickets for Nashville, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Seattle will be listed for sale during the Friends and Family Fan Onsale.
