The delivery method of tickets is different for every venue. While most tickets are PDF tickets delivered by email, sometimes the venue requires you to claim your tickets at the box office's will call pickup or via another method.
You can find the delivery method listed in your original purchase confirmation email from Seated. Just search your inbox for the email from support@seated.com
You can also check the current status of your tickets by following the steps below.
1) Click the "View Receipt" button in your original purchase confirmation email:
2) After you confirm your identity, you'll be able to see the status of your tickets and even resend your PDF tickets if needed.
