When will I receive my AutoBuy seat assignment?

When submitting an AutoBuy request, you will be able to set quantity, section, and price preferences in advance.  However, you won't know your exact seat assignment until your tickets are actually purchased.

Seated will notify you by email as soon as we secure tickets that match your preferences and your card has been successfully charged.  This notification will contain the exact section, row, and seat numbers of the tickets that you have purchased.  The timing of the notification will vary from fan to fan, however we will always notify you well before tickets go on sale to the public.

AutoBuy will only purchase a group of tickets that fit your exact request.  These tickets will always be next to each other in the same row.

If AutoBuy is not able to find tickets that match your preferences, we will notify you so you can buy tickets when they go on sale to the public.
