How do I claim my AXS Mobile tickets?

To retrieve AXS Mobile tickets, look for an email with the subject "Tickets Just Got Sent To You." Open the AXS app if you have it; if not, follow email instructions to download and use the same email for your account. You'll want to make sure your AXS account has the same email address as the one used to purchase your tickets through Seated. If issues persist, contact AXS Customer Support. Tickets arrive at least 48 hours before the event; for late arrivals, contact our support team.

Email Alert:

  • Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from AXS with the subject "Tickets Just Got Sent To You." 
  • You'll also receive an email from support@seated.com, notifying you that all tickets have been sent out to fans.

AXS App Check:

  • If you've got the AXS app, open it, and your tickets should be waiting. No app yet? No worries! Follow the email instructions to download, create an account, and use the same email you used to buy your tickets. If the tickets are claimed but are nowhere to be found, please contact AXS Customer Support for a help.

Ticket Arrival Time:

  • Expect your AXS Mobile tickets to arrive in your inbox at least 48 hours before the event. If it's less than 48 hours till showtime and your tickets are MIA, our support team has your back.
