It's the night of the show and I have a question! What should I do?

Don't worry! Seated always has you covered on the night of the show. 

PLEASE NOTE: The venue box office ALWAYS has a list of all purchases made on Seated.

If you arrive at the venue and don't have your tickets, just head to the box office and reference the Seated Fan Club List.

The box office should have this on hand, and be able to ID you and get you the tickets. If they say they don't have your name listed, please text, email, or call us immediately!  A Seated concierge will be glad to help you out.

Resending Digital or Mobile tickets: 

First, search your inbox for emails from support@seated.comFind the most recent email from Seated.

You may find your tickets! If not, please click the "View Receipt" or "More Details" link at the bottom of the page.

This will take you to your order page login.

Click "Verify" and type in the 4 digit code from the text you receive.

Once you're on this page, click "Resend Tickets" and you should see them in your inbox momentarily!
