It's the night of the show and I need help with my ticket order! What should I do?

Rest assured! Seated has your back on event night.

If you arrive at the venue without your tickets, follow the easy instructions below:

Step 1.) Determine your delivery method - this information is conveniently located on your order confirmation page. 

Search your email inbox/spam folders for an email from support@seated.com

Search your text messages for a text from 382-63 or the word “Seated”.

Step 2.) Log in to your online order page and scroll down to the Ticket Delivery section: 

Click here if it says Will Call

Click here if it says Digital Delivery 

Click here if it says AXS Mobile

Click here if it says TM Mobile

Still unable to find your order confirmation or your tickets? 

The venue's box office always has a copy of the Seated Fan Club List for all purchases made through Seated.

Present the box office with the photo ID of the original purchaser and let them know you purchased through the Seated Fan Club. 

If, for any reason, they cannot find your name on the list, please reach out to us immediately via text, phone call, or email. Please do not leave the venue or head home, a Seated concierge will be more than happy to assist in getting you into the show.
