It's the night of the show and I need help with my ticket order! What should I do?

TL;DR

Arrived at the event and need help finding your tickets? No worries! Follow these steps:

  1. Check your order confirmation for delivery information
  2. Locate your order confirmation page via emails or texts from Seated (support@seated.com or 382-63)
  3. Visit your online order confirmation page and follow the instructions below based on the delivery method
  4. Still need help finding your tickets? The venue box office has a copy of the Seated Fan Club List
  5. Provide the ID of the original purchaser to the box office. Let them know you are on the Seated Fan Club List
  6. Give us a call or text at 1-855-260-7328 if you still need assistance. 

Please do not leave the venue or repurchase new tickets before contacting us, a Seated concierge will be more than happy to assist in getting you into the show. 

How can I find my tickets? 

I still can't find my tickets! What do I do now? 

  • The venue's box office is your go-to. They have a copy of the Seated Fan Club List for all Seated purchases. Present your photo ID as the original purchaser, and you should be good to go!
