We have limited insight because we're not directly involved with the ticketing. We also can't check on your order.  You can find out what company you purchased your tickets from by checking your order confirmation or credit card statement. 

We're always happy to help you out even if you haven't purchased tickets through Seated. So, if you're totally stuck, just let us know!
