The health and safety of our fans is extremely important to us. We know that the current health situation has created concern with attending events, and we're here to help fans who have been affected.
If there are any updates to upcoming events, we will notify everyone as soon as possible. We're continuously working with artist teams and event organizers and we will message fans via email whenever we have an update about your event.
If your event has been postponed, we ask that you not take any action or submit a refund request until the new date has been announced. We will send you a refund deadline if and when the date has been rescheduled.
If your event has been rescheduled and you can no longer attend the rescheduled date, you can learn how to request a refund here. You do not need to contact customer support to get a refund. Please understand that it is very important we confirm all details with artists and event organizers before processing refund requests for a given event.
We also would like to highlight the uncertainty that everyone in the music industry is facing due to the halting of events over the coming months. We encourage fans to continue to support live music and tune into artist's live streams, buy merchandise, and support your favorite venues any way you can. Instead of refunding your ticket, please consider gifting or reselling it to someone who can attend the rescheduled date.
If your event is ultimately cancelled, we will automatically issue refunds for tickets sold. You won't need to take any action and will be notified as soon as the refund is processed.
If you have requested a refund and are waiting to hear back, see our COVID-19 refund policy.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we do our best to handle all fan requests during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach us at support@seated.com or at 855-260-7328.
We're wishing everyone health and safety and hope that we can all get back to going to shows soon.
