Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The health and safety of our fans is extremely important to us. We understand that the current health crisis has created concern with attending events. We are here to help fans who have been affected

If there are any updates to upcoming events we will notify all fans as soon as possible. 


Fans Attending Shows Before April 30th:

We’re reaching out to the venue on your behalf to determine a plan of action for the show and will email all fans the moment we have more info.

If your event has been postponed, we ask that you not take any action or submit a refund request until the new date has been announced.  We will only begin processing refund requests once a new event date has been announced.  Once the event has been rescheduled, if you can no longer attend the rescheduled date, then you can learn how to request a refund here.  You do not need to contact customer support to get a refund.

Please note: If your event is ultimately cancelled, we will automatically issue refunds to all fans.  No action is needed and you do not need to contact customer support.

All Other Fans (May 1st and later): 

Please be patient as we work to answer the fans with more immediate requests.  Our current priority is taking care of the fans who have been affected by events scheduled to take place before April 30th.  Feel free to submit a customer support ticket if you have any questions.  Our response times may be a bit slower, but we'll definitely get back to you when we can!
