To request a refund, click "View Receipt" in your email, log in with your phone number, and hit "Request Refund" at the bottom left. Select a reason, and once submitted, you'll get an email confirmation. Our support team will review your request and notify you. Requesting a Refund
1. Click "View Receipt":
Find the original email receipt and click "View Receipt" at the bottom.
2. Log In and Request:
Use your phone number to log in. Click on the "Request Refund" button at the bottom left.
3. Select a Reason:
Tell us why you need that refund.
4. Confirmation Email:
Once you hit submit, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
5. Our Review Process:
Our support team will review your request. Keep an eye on your email for updates.
