Why do I have to wait 30-60 days for my refund?

Seated works with artists and bands to sell tickets directly to fans. In order to do this, we coordinate with event organizers to purchase and distribute the tickets. 

This means that when an event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or rescheduled to a different date, we have to confirm key information with the event organizer before relaying those details to fans.

If we have already paid an event organizer for tickets, it's important that we are reimbursed before returning funds to you.
