Why do I have to wait 30-60 days for my refund?

TL;DR

Seated collaborates with artists to sell tickets directly to fans. When events face changes like cancellations or rescheduling, we need to confirm details with event organizers first. If we've paid organizers for tickets, reimbursement is crucial before returning funds to you.

How Seated Handles Event Changes: A Quick Overview

At Seated, we team up with artists to get tickets straight to you, the fans. But when life throws curveballs like cancellations or date changes, here's how we roll:

Collaboration with Event Organizers:

We work hand-in-hand with event organizers to purchase and distribute tickets.

Changes Happen, We Confirm:

If an event is changed – be it cancellation, indefinite postponement, or a reschedule – we need to coordinate the next steps with the event organizers. We confirm all the key details before breaking the news to you.

Reimbursement Matters:

If we've already issued payment to event organizers for those tickets, it's crucial that we get reimbursed first. Once that's sorted, we're all set to return funds your way.
