Why do I have to wait 30-60 days for my refund to be reviewed?

Seated works with artists and bands to sell tickets directly to fans. In order to do this, we coordinate with event organizers to purchase and distribute the tickets. 

This means that when an event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or rescheduled to a different date, we have to confirm key information with the event organizer before relaying those details to fans.

Due to the high volume of shows that are being cancelled and postponed, it is financially imperative that we are reimbursed for your tickets before returning funds to you.
