Do I need to do anything?

How long until I hear about my refund approval?

If you can go to the show, you're all set! No action is required.

If you can't attend, yes. For details, click here.

30-60 days after the refund deadline closes, if applicable

Please note that for rescheduled shows, the event's refund policy is set by each event organizer, not by Seated. 

If the event organizer allows refunds, we will include a refund deadline in the email notification with information about the new event date.  

If an event organizer is not accepting refunds, we will be unable to process refunds for tickets purchased on our platform.


I can't make the new date, how do I request a refund?

If you can’t attend the rescheduled event, just be sure to submit a refund request before the deadline closes. Learn how to submit a refund request here

Your refund will be approved by our team 30 to 60 days after the refund deadline closes. 

You’ll receive an email once your refund has been approved with instructions on how to claim your refund. Learn more here.

Why do I have to wait 30-60 business days to receive my refund? 

Seated works with artists and bands to sell tickets directly to fans by coordinating with event organizers to purchase and distribute the tickets.

We have already paid most event organizers for the tickets sold on our platform.

We submit the number of refund requests to the event organizer and invoice them for the cancelled orders after the refund deadline has passed.

Due to the high volume of shows that are being rescheduled, it is financially imperative that we are reimbursed for your tickets by the event organizer before we review your refund request.

It can take some time for event organizers to reimburse us, which is why your refund will be reviewed  30-60 days after the rescheduled date has been confirmed and announced.
