When will I receive my tickets?

Due to the high volume of shows that have gone on sale in the past few months, we’re experiencing a delay in delivering tickets for some shows. 


This is because our team first has to receive tickets from the event organizer before sending them along to fans who purchase through Seated.  


We’re working diligently to ensure that we can get tickets out as quickly as possible, but sometimes we’re not able to fulfill tickets by the 2 week window. 


We guarantee that tickets will be sent in time before the show.


If you don't see your tickets arrive at least 48 hours before your show, please reach out to us directly for further assistance.
