Ticket orders for shows that have been canceled, postponed or rescheduled may be eligible for a refund.
Fans can request a refund at any time, and all refund requests will be reviewed and responded to by Seated Customer Support within the week they are submitted. Read more here.
Below is our policy for unscheduled shows:
Canceled Shows
Our team will approve refunds for all orders for any canceled shows.
Your refund will be approved 30-60 days after we notified you of the cancellation.
Rescheduled Shows
We’ll send you an email with the new date and the refund deadline, if applicable.
If you can’t make the new date, just request a refund through your order page before the deadline passes.
Requests submitted after a refund deadline has passed will be declined.

Postponed Shows
You don’t need to take any action until the new date has been announced.
We will notify all fans as soon as we have an update from the event organizer.
We will not be able to make any adjustments to your ticket order until we confirm the show information with the artist's team and event organizer.
