I requested a refund through Seated. What now?

TL;DR

All sales on Seated are final, but there are a few situations where refunds may be considered. During ongoing sales, like presale periods, refund requests can be submitted via your order page for reasons like ordering by mistake or finding better seats. No refunds are possible after sales close, as final reports are sent to event organizers. 

 

Refund Policy: Your Guide to Refunds on Seated

We get it – plans change, mistakes happen, and sometimes, you just need a refund. While our default policy is that all sales on Seated are final, we're here to share some exceptions and helpful options.

1. Ongoing Sales (Presale Periods):

If tickets are still available during a presale or ongoing sales, you may be eligible for a refund. Whether you selected the wrong tickets, found better seats, or can't make it to the event anymore, head to your order page and submit a refund request as soon as possible.

3. After Sales Close:

Once sales close, we send off final reports to the event organizers, and that means no more refunds. Make sure to sort out any issues before the sales wrap-up!
