I requested a refund through Seated. What now?

All sales on Seated are final.


However, there are a few scenarios where it may be possible for us to refund a ticket order. 

If tickets are still on sale through Seated, for example, during a presale period, it may be possible for us to refund you. 

This means that if you've ordered tickets by mistake, find better seats, or can no longer attend the event, you may submit a refund request through your order page at any time, but the timeliness of your request will determine if we are able to accept it.

Once our sales close, we send final reports to the event organizer and cannot take refund requests after that point.

VIP and merchandise purchases are final at the time of purchase.
