If your tickets are "Will Call Pickup", this means that your tickets will be held at the venue box office under your name on the evening of the show. Just bring a photo ID and you can pick up the tickets.
You can transfer will call tickets through your Seated order page! Please see this article for instructions on how to complete a transfer: https://support.seated.com/hc/en-us/articles/8245414613399
Transfers can be guaranteed up to 24 hours prior to the show. If you need to make the update on the day of show, please email us at support@seated.com and we will do our best to help you out.
Please note that some tickets may have a "no transfer" policy. If this is the case we will be unable to make the transfer.
