Where are my AXS Mobile Tickets? 

For Artist Presale and VIP orders through Seated:

  • Seated has transferred all AXS Mobile tickets out to fans to the email address on file for your order on Seated
  • Please check your inbox for email(s) from axs@axs.com with instructions on how to claim your ticket order
  • If you purchased a 2-Day Pass, your tickets for Friday and Saturday were sent as separate transfers
  • If you can't locate the email from AXS, please email us at support@seated.com

For orders through AXS:

  • If you didn't buy through the Artist Presale on Seated, it's likely you purchased tickets directly through AXS. Check your confirmation receipt/card statement to be sure.
  • You can visit their help center here: https://support.axs.com/hc/en-us

When will I get the details about my VIP package? 

  • Our team emailed the details to all VIP purchasers on Wednesday, September 14th
  • Please check your inbox/spam folders for an email from support@seated.com 
  • Need further assistance? Please email us at support@seated.com

How can I transfer my VIP package? 

  • Be sure to email support@seated.com at least 24 hours before the first show so we can update the name(s) associated with your order for the VIP wristband and gift bag collection
  • You'll need to transfer your AXS Mobile tickets directly to the transferee through the AXS Mobile app
  • You'll need to forward this email to the transferee so they have all the important details

It's the day of the show, can I still transfer my VIP Package? 

  • If transferring your VIP package on the day of the show, please text the transferee a picture of your photo ID so they can present it when checking in with the VIP event staff 
  • You'll still need to transfer your AXS Mobile tickets directly to the transferee through the AXS Mobile app
  • You'll also need to forward the VIP Info email to the transferee so they have all the important details
