Seated is proud to power the Artist presale reminders for Dead & Company - The Final Tour. 

  • Artist Presale begins Thursday, October 20th at 12pm local venue time
  • Public Onsale begins Friday, October 21st at 10am local venue time
  • Presales end Thursday, October 20th at 10pm local venue time

When will I receive my Presale Reminder(s)? 

About 10 minutes before the presale begins at 12pm local venue time. You'll receive a text and email from Seated with a unique presale code and the link to purchase tickets.

*Unique presale codes can be requested from Seated through https://deadandcompany.com/ at any time through the presale period.

 How do I sign up?

Just find the show you'd like to purchase tickets for, click the "Sign Up" button, and follow the steps to sign up for your reminder. 

Want to attend more than one show? No problem - you can sign up for a reminder for each tour date you're interested in.

Once you've signed up for your reminder, you'll get a text/email confirming that you're all set. 

About 2 hours before the presale begins, you'll get a text/email from Seated with the presale password and the link to purchase tickets.

Please note: Unique presale codes can be requested from Seated through https://deadandcompany.com/ before or after the presale has started.

Where will I purchase tickets?

Ticketmaster will be selling tickets for many of the tour dates. 

Tickets will not be sold on Seated. We are powering reminders and presale codes for this tour.

The following shows will be sold via the stadium’s ticketing platform (not Ticketmaster): 

Wrigley Field - Chicago, IL | Fenway Park - Boston, MA | Folsom Field - Boulder, CO

To prepare for the presales happening on Ticketmaster, create a Ticketmaster account if you haven’t already. Also, you can add your payment info. to your Ticketmaster account to make the checkout process faster.

If you need technical assistance while purchasing tickets, please contact the venue's ticketing platform directly as we are not connected with any of them.

Where can I learn more about VIP?

Where can I get info about Ticket Limits, Pricing and ADA Seating?

Check the venue’s ticketing page or contact the venue directly for further assistance with ticket limits, ticket pricing, and ADA accommodations.

How can I access the Live Nation Presale?

Seated is not powering the Live Nation presale. Codes for the Seated presale will not work for the Live Nation presale.

Can I sign up for AutoBuy? 

AutoBuy is a service that Seated offers on some of our other artist presales, but since all the tickets for this tour are being sold through the venue’s ticketing platforms, AutoBuy will not be available for Dead & Company.
