Will Call Pickup? No worries! Bring your ID to the venue box office on the show night. Transfers can be made through your Seated order page up to 24 hours before the show. For day-of-show updates, click the Seated icon in the bottom right corner to send us a message, or email [email protected]. Please note some tickets have a "no transfer" policy.
Will Call Pickup Details:
Your tickets are at the venue box office under your name, and they'll be on the Seated Fan Club List. On show night, show your photo ID, and they're all yours.
Transfer Your Will Call Tickets:
Good news! You can transfer those tickets through your Seated order page.
Transfer Timing:
Plan ahead! Transfers are a breeze up to 24 hours before the show. For last-minute changes, click the Seated icon in the bottom right corner to send us a message, or email [email protected], and we'll do our best to assist.
Watch Out for "No Transfer" Tickets:
Heads up! Some tickets have a "no transfer" policy. If that's the case, unfortunately, we can't make the transfer happen.
