I'm getting an "invalid phone number" error
This usually clears on its own. Here's what to do:
Wait 1 hour from the last verification attempt before trying again. Multiple verification attempts in a short period can trigger your carrier to block our messages.
Try a different browser, device, or WiFi network. Some workplace WiFi can interfere with the sign-up process. Switching between WiFi and mobile data can also help.
Try a different mobile number. If a friend or family member is available, their number can work as long as it's in a supported country.
My verification text isn't arriving
The same fixes apply:
Wait 1 hour before requesting another code. Requesting more codes won't speed things up and can make the problem worse.
Try a different browser, device, or WiFi network.
Check your spam or blocked messages folder.
What if my phone number isn't supported?
We don't support VoIP numbers (like Google Voice) or some mobile carriers.
If your number falls into one of these categories, you'll need to try a different mobile number. We're unable to bypass the verification step, send codes by email, or issue manual codes for this tour.
Why can't you just send me a code another way?
Registering through Seated's verification process is the only way to be entered into the random selection for this tour. We're unable to make exceptions for fans who can't complete verification, including by email or manual delivery.
If you're unable to verify a phone number, you can still try the public onsale on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM local venue time through the venue's ticketing platform directly.
I can't find my country code
You can still sign up using a friend or family member's number from a supported country. Click the flag icon next to the phone number field and choose your country code from the list.
