The Official Artist Presale is Wednesday, September 30th, in two Waves: a limited number of selected fans can purchase starting at 10am local venue time (Wave 1), and all remaining registered fans can purchase starting at 2pm local venue time (Wave 2). The Public Onsale, open to everyone, is Friday, October 2nd at 10 am local venue time.

How does the presale work?
Demand is expected to be very high, and tickets are limited, so the Artist Presale runs in two Waves. Registered fans are assigned a Wave and receive a unique code by email and text at least 15 minutes before their presale starts.
Wave 1: A limited number of selected fans.
Wave 2: Fans not selected for Wave 1, plus anyone who registers after Wave 1 registration closes. Wave 2 registration stays open until the presale ends on Thursday, Oct 1, at 10 pm local venue time.
Wave 1 codes also work during Wave 2, so if you don’t purchase tickets during Wave 1, you can try again at 2pm.
A code gives you access to the queue but does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold first-come, first-served.
Note: Due to ticketing system limitations, there is only one Wave of artist presale for the Columbus, OH show at Palace Theatre, which will start at 10am local time on Sept 30th.
What email do I need to use to register?
Non-Ticketmaster shows: No email match is required for either Wave. Just use the ticket link and your code. These shows are:

Wave 1: The email you used to register for this tour's presale must exactly match the email on your Ticketmaster account, or you won't be able to enter the queue. If you don't have a Ticketmaster account with that email, create one at ticketmaster.com before the presale.
Wave 2: No email match is required. Anyone with a Wave 2 code can access the queue.

You can re-register with the correct email before Wave 1 registration closes on Sunday, Sept 27 at 11pm ET / 8pm PT. After that, our team can't modify or cancel registrations.
