Note: In order to set up this integration, you must be designated as the data owner on your Seated account. Please reach out to [email protected] if you want to request this designation.
Steps
In your Meta account, create a pixel that you’d like to apply to your Seated profile. You can do this by following the instructions here.
Log into your Seated dashboard here, select your profile, and navigate to the “Integrations” tab.
Scroll down to the “Available Integrations” section to find the option for “Meta Pixel.” Click “Enable.”
Enter your Meta Pixel ID and your Meta Access Token that you created in step 1.
Click “Test Pixel” to make sure your pixel has been set up properly.
Once you’ve confirmed that your pixel works, click “Save.” You’ll now be able to retarget fans who interact with your event listings with ads on Facebook and Instagram.
