Note: In order to set up this integration, you must be designated as the data owner on your Seated account. Please reach out to [email protected] if you want to request this designation.
Steps
Log into your Seated dashboard here, select your profile, and navigate to the “Integrations” tab.
Scroll down to the “Available Integrations” section to find the option for Subtext. Click “Create.”
Enter your Secret Key. This info will either be available in your Subtext dashboard, or you’ll need to request this info from your representative at Subtext.
Click “Create Subtext Integration.” Going forward, anytime you’re capturing fan data on Seated, fans will have the opportunity to opt into your Subtext subscriber list and receive messages from you.
