Connect your Community account to Seated

Sync the data you capture on Seated to your Community account so you can easily message your fans before, during, and after a tour.

Note: In order to set up this integration, you must be designated as the data owner on your Seated account. Please reach out to [email protected] if you want to request this designation.

Steps

  1. Log into your Seated dashboard here, select your profile, and navigate to the “Integrations” tab.

  2. Scroll down to the “Available Integrations” section to find the option for Community. Click “Create.”

  3. Enter your Client ID and your API Token. This info will either be available in your Community dashboard, or you’ll need to request this info from your representative at Community.

  4. Click “Create Community Integration.” Going forward, anytime you’re capturing fan data on Seated, fans will have the opportunity to opt into your Community subscriber list and receive messages from you.
