Note: In order to set up this integration, you must be designated as the data owner on your Seated account. Please reach out to [email protected] if you want to request this designation.
Steps
Log into your Seated dashboard here, select your profile, and navigate to the “Integrations” tab.
Scroll down to the “Available Integrations” section to find the option for Rivet. Click “Create.”
Enter your API Key. This info will either be available in your Rivet dashboard, or you’ll need to request this info from your representative at Rivet.
Click “Create Rivet Integration.” Going forward, anytime you’re capturing fan data on Seated, fans will have the opportunity to opt into your Rivet subscriber list and receive messages from you.
