Note: In order to set up this integration, you must be designated as the data owner on your Seated account. Please reach out to [email protected] if you want to request this designation.
Steps
Log into your Seated dashboard here, select your profile, and navigate to the “Integrations” tab.
Scroll down to the “Available Integrations” section to find the option for UMG. Click “Create.”
Enter your US Email Opt-In Key and your US Phone Opt-In Key. You can request this info from your representative at UMG.
Click “Create UMG US Integration.” Going forward, anytime you’re capturing fan data on Seated, fans will have the opportunity to opt into your UMG subscriber list and receive messages from you.
