Invalid Phone Number/Error Message:
Experiencing an "invalid phone number" error? No worries, it usually clears up on its own within a few minutes. Avoid over-requesting codes, and wait 15-30 minutes before trying again. Also, note that we don't support VoIP numbers or certain carriers. Trying a different browser, device, or mobile number might do the trick!
Delayed Verification Text:
Is your verification text taking its sweet time? Patience is key! The delay often resolves itself in a few minutes. Avoid requesting multiple codes quickly, wait 15-30 minutes, and if needed, switch up your browser, device, or mobile number.
Country Code Missing:
Can't find your country code? No problem! You can still sign up using a friend or family member's number from a supported country. Just click the flag icon, choose a relevant country code, and you're good to go.
Presale Reminder Not Received:
Expecting a presale reminder? If you successfully registered with your phone number, you'll get the details via text and email about 15 minutes before the presale begins.
Not able to sign up for the Waitlist?
Please note the waitlist feature is managed by the artist's team, which notifies fans if or when more tickets become available. If you are not able to receive an access code, we will not be able to add you to the waitlist. We recommend checking back at the ticketing link leading up to the show, as sometimes more tickets will become available.
