How does Seated treat my personal information? (System Data Map)

Seated utilizes third-party applications to collect and process personal data about users in order to carry out necessary aspects of our Services.  

The following third-party applications are being used to process personal data:

Heroku is a platform (owned by SalesForce) that enables Seated to build, run, and operate applications entirely in the cloud.  This is also the database used by Seated to store all data, including user data such as name, phone number, password, IP address, email address, mailing address, and partial credit card information (card type, last 4 digits of card).  

Postmark is a tool that allows Seated to send fast and reliable emails to users.  This service processes the user's email address, which is required in order to send an email, and may also process name, mailing address, and partial credit card details (card type, last 4 digits) in order to provide additional context in the user's order confirmation receipts and notifications.

Twilio is a tool that allows Seated to send text messages to users about order confirmations and event updates. This service processes the user’s phone number, which is required in order to send a text message, and may process name, in order to personalize some communication with the user.

Zendesk is a platform used by Seated to manage all customer support requests.  User’s names, emails, and phone numbers are imported into Zendesk along with order purchase details in order to improve the speed and relevancy of our customer support responses.

Stripe is a tool that allows Seated to receive payments over the Internet. This is used by Seated to collect payment information including name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number when users are making a purchase from Seated.

Seated sometimes needs to provide personal data about users to our Event Partners in order for them to process and fulfill orders.

The following are some examples of third-party Event Partners that may receive personal data: 

The venue’s box office will receive the first and last name of each ticket buyer.  This information is provided to the venue in order to help users with on-site customer support issues. 
* The name and location of the venue is provided to the user in advance of their purchase.

The artist's merchandise or VIP company may receive the name, email address, and/or mailing address of each buyer in order to fulfill any items purchased (such as t-shirts, albums, artist meet & greets, and other merchandise items).
* The name of the merchandise or VIP company is provided to the user in advance of their purchase.

Flash Seats / AXS Mobile is a ticketing platform sometimes used by Seated to digitally fulfill ticket orders.  If a venue requires the use of Flash Seats, then this platform will process a user’s name and email address in order to transfer buyers their digital tickets. 
* Users are notified in advance if a venue requires the use of Flash Seats.

Ticketmaster is a ticketing platform sometimes used by Seated to digitally fulfill ticket orders.  If a venue requires the use of Ticketmaster, then this platform will process a user's name and email address in order to transfer buyers their digital tickets.
* Users are notified in advance if a venue requires digital delivery via Ticketmaster.

TicketEvolution is a ticketing platform that sometimes provides resale ticket inventory to Seated.  When a user purchases a resale ticket from Seated, then this platform may process a user’s name, email address, and/or mailing address in order to fulfill their ticket order. 
* Users are notified in advance if they are purchasing resale tickets from TicketEvolution.

officialCOMMUNITY is an e-commerce solution that sometimes provides digital and physical album redemption technology for artists.  When an artist offers an album bundle, then Seated may be required to provide officialCOMMUNITY with a user’s name and email address in order to fulfill their album. 
* Users are notified in advance if album bundles are fulfilled by officialCOMMUNITY.

**Seated does not authorize ANY third-parties to use your personal information for any other purpose, unless you have specifically provided your consent. **

At any time, you may request a description of the personal information we have collected about you.

You may also request that we remove your personal information from our system at any time.  Removing your information may result in loss of access to the system and or forfeiture of unredeemed purchases or rewards.
