Once a refund request is declined, submitting another directly through your order page isn't an option. If your event gets postponed or rescheduled after a declined request, click the Seated icon in the bottom right corner to send us a message, or email [email protected] before the refund deadline, and we can assist in submitting a new request on your behalf.
Resubmitting your refund request:
Once a refund request is declined, you won't have the option to resubmit one through your order confirmation page.
Event Changes After Declined Request:
If your event is postponed or rescheduled and your refund request is declined, don't worry! Click the Seated icon in the bottom right corner to send us a message, or email [email protected] before the refund deadline. Our team can submit a new request for you.
