How do I register for the Artist Presale?
To access the Artist Presale registration, you will need to first join Elton John’s Rocket Club. CLICK HERE to register. After registering, you’ll be given the signup link to participate in the Artist Presale.
What is Seated and how does it work?
Seated powers the Artist Presale reminders for this tour. When you sign up through the artist's website, you're registering to receive a presale reminder with your unique password and a link to purchase tickets. Seated is not selling tickets directly -- all ticket purchases are completed through the venue's ticketing provider.
What if I’m already a Rocket Club member?
If you are already a Rocket Club member, you should have received an email with details with the signup link to the Artist Presale at point of announcement. Please check your junk or spam in the first case or reach out to [email protected] if you did not receive.
When will I receive my presale reminder?
You'll receive a text and email from Seated approximately 15 minutes before the presale begins. Your reminder will include your unique presale password and the link to purchase tickets. Make sure to log into your ticketing account ahead of time so you're ready to go when the presale opens.
What time does the Artist Presale Start?
Artist Presale starts at the following local time:
CDMX Time Zone: 12 PM
ET Time Zone: 2 PM
CT Time Zone: 1 PM
PT Time Zone: 11 AM
I'm getting an invalid phone number error. What should I do?
If you're seeing an invalid phone number error or not receiving a verification code, here are a few things to try:
• Wait at least one hour before attempting again. Multiple attempts in a short window can cause your carrier to block verification messages temporarily.
• Try a different browser, device, or WiFi network.
• Try a different phone number if one is available to you.
• Please note that VoIP numbers (such as Google Voice) and phones from certain countries are not supported for verification.
• If you have a phone number that is unsupported, there is no way to bypass phone verification or receive codes via email.
• If you've tried all of the above and are still experiencing issues, please reach out to our support team.

Can I purchase tickets to both shows or just one?
Your unique passcode will be valid to buy tickets to each show. Ticket Limit is 8 per show.
