Tickets are priced at or below what you originally paid, keeping it fair for everyone. If your tickets don't sell, they'll be transferred back to you up to 12 hours before the show.
How does the Fan Ticket Exchange work?
If an artist has enabled fan-to-fan resale for their upcoming sold-out show, you can list your tickets through Seated's resale portal in just a few steps.
How can I access the resale portal?
You can get to the portal in one of two ways:
Visit the artist's website and click the "Sell Tickets" button next to the event listing
Click the "Join Waiitlist" button next to the event listing, then select "Sell Your Tickets" on the page that follows
How can I list my tickets?
Select how many tickets you're selling.
Choose whether you're selling general admission or reserved seating tickets. If applicable, you'll be prompted to enter the section, row, and seat numbers for your listing.
Enter how much you originally paid per ticket, including fees.
Enter your resale price per ticket. You can list at or below your original purchase price, but not above it.
Verify your phone number.
Provide your name, email address, and postal code.
Transfer your tickets to Seated by following the on-screen instructions.
Your tickets are now listed. Fans on the waitlist for this show will be notified that tickets are available and will remain listed for purchase until 12 hours before the show.
What happens if my tickets don't sell?
No worries — if your tickets haven't sold by the 12-hour cutoff before the show, they'll be automatically transferred back to you.
