What is Fan-to-Fan Resale?
Fan-to-Fan Resale is an official resale exchange powered by Seated that lets fans who can no longer attend your show sell their tickets directly to fans on your waitlist, at a fair price. You stay in control of the experience from start to finish.
How do I enable it for a show?
Once your show sells out, log into your Seated dashboard and toggle on the fan-to-fan resale exchange for that date. That's all it takes to activate it.
Can I choose which shows have resale enabled?
Yes. You decide which shows have the exchange turned on. It is never enabled automatically.
Can I control how waitlist fans are prioritized?
Yes. You have full control over how fans on your waitlist are prioritized when tickets become available through the exchange.
Can I cap the resale price?
Yes. You can cap resale at face value to ensure tickets stay fairly priced for your fans.
What data will I have access to?
Once the exchange is live, you'll gain visibility into resale activity you've never had before, including how many tickets fans are requesting, how much fans are paying, and overall demand trends for your show.
