Reach out to the promoter of your show for which you want to sell ticket holds. Let them know that you'd like to distribute those holds through your Seated waitlist.
Your promoter will allocate a select number of ticket holds to Seated by building an offer within their platform, TM1, where they will take the following steps:
Navigate to Offers and click Create Offer.
Under Partner Offers, select Seated by either searching for it or scrolling through the list of available partners.
Once selected, complete the required offer setup fields and allocate your inventory.
Rather than those holds appearing as new tickets for sale on Ticketmaster, fans on your waitlist will receive discrete 1-to-1 ticket offers via SMS, powered by Seated. Optionally, you can provide fan data to Seated to ensure that your top fans receive ticket offers first.
Fans who receive an offer have 10 minutes to purchase tickets before Seated reaches out to the next person on your waitlist.
Once a fan purchases their tickets, they'll be able to find those tickets in their Ticketmaster account.
