Activate your waitlist

Turn your next sold out show into an opportunity to capture fan data and gauge demand for future shows.

Steps

  1. Log into your Seated dashboard here, select your profile, and navigate to the “Events” tab.

  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the event that sold out.

  3. Scroll to the “Ticket Availability” section for that event and switch its status from “Available” to “Sold Out.”

  4. You’ll see an option appear to turn on a waitlist. Toggle the switch to the on position to activate a waitlist on this event.

  5. Your waitlist for your sold out show is officially live! Fans who click on this event will now be able to express their interest in getting tickets should more become available by providing you with their names, email addresses, and phone numbers. You can track how many fans signed up for each show from your “Insights” tab, and you can always export this fan data from Seated and import it into your CRM if you’d like to message this cohort of waitlisted fans at any time.
