Why do I need my AXS order number?
To list your tickets with Seated's Fan-to-Fan Exchange program, you'll need to provide your AXS order number. Here are three ways to find it.
Option 1: AXS App
Open the AXS app and tap your profile icon.
Under Quick Access, tap Order History.
Find your event in the list. Your order number is listed beneath the event name.
Option 2: AXS Website
Go to fanaccount.axs.com/myaxs/orders and log in.
Click Orders in the left-hand menu.
Locate your event. The order number appears in blue beneath the venue name, formatted as Order No. XXXXXXX.
Option 3: Your Confirmation Email
Search your inbox for an email from AXS Guest Services ([email protected]).
The subject line will read: "Thank you for your order for [Artist Name]."
Your confirmation number is listed in bold near the top of the email, and again in the order details table.
