Event analytics overview

The “Insights” tab in your Seated dashboard provides a wide array of analytics that you can use to understand how your fans are engaging with each of your events.

This section of your dashboard is broken into two parts:

  • Upcoming - displays data about all of your upcoming events

  • All Events - displays data about both your past events and upcoming events

See below for an overview of all of the data points you’ll find within your “Insights” tab.

Data points

  • Sign Ups - The total number of fans who have signed up for a presale reminder, an onsale reminder, or to your waitlist. Click on the box that says “Sign Ups” to see a breakdown of signup counts for individual shows.

  • Widget Views - The total number of times the event listings powered by Seated on your website have been viewed. Click on the box that says “Widget Views” to see a breakdown of widget views by day.

  • Clicks - The number of times any event displayed on your website has been clicked. Click on the box that says “Clicks” to see a breakdown of clicks by show.

  • Tickets Sold - The number of tickets you’ve sold directly on Seated. Click on the box that says “Tickets Sold” to see a breakdown of the number of tickets sold at each individual qualifying show.
